Our demo is free to use, so there is nothing to refund for the demo itself.
First Payment Refund
If you're not satisfied with GC-CAD, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason — no explanation needed. This first-payment refund is available once per customer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your license will be cancelled once the refund is processed.

Renewals
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time — you'll retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid period, and it simply won't renew.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription does not generate a prorated refund for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
